Ginger Jones – HR Director

Ginger is no stranger to residential treatment, having 16 years of experience in the field. Along with her residential experience, Ms. Ginger has an extensive background with 27 years in Human Resources and Operations experience.

As Human Resources Director, Ginger is responsible for many facets of our program and ensures a smooth day to day operation of the facility.

Ms. Ginger has a passion for helping youth and enjoys being part of the team that makes a difference in the lives of the boys at Mohican Young Star Academy.
